Orana Mall Re‑Development

Tyecon successfully completed stage 1 of the Orana Mall Re-development including multi‑storey car park, extension to accommodate 25 new shops, shop fit‑outs and property maintenance.

This was a complex construction project involving work around an operational shopping centre which required high‑level communication, negotiation and management skills, along with well‑developed logistics and work, health and safety procedures.

Despite the challenges, Tyecon successfully delivered the scope of works, on time and within budget.
